Stronger Together Sunday

Let’s turn 2020 around by giving the gift of Jesus!

According to research, 8 out of 10 people are likely to respond “yes” to an invitation to church if asked by a friend, but only 10% of Christians have invited a friend. We want to help you change that and give you an excuse to invite that friend, that coworker, that family member who needs to know the joy of Jesus in their life.

So, on September 20, on “Stronger Together Sunday”, we want to encourage you to bring at least one person with you to church, virtually, or in person at our 7:00am outdoor service (limited seating).

Our pastoral and ministry staff and prayer ministry team have already started praying about this special day of worship! Pastor Ken is preparing to preach an evangelistic message that is sure to inspire, so it’s a great opportunity to get your unsaved friend/family member to church under the sound of the Gospel.

Commitment/Prayer
Once you have a friend committed to attending online or in person with you, let us know by entering their name under “I have a commitment” on your digital Welcome Card so that we can add them to our prayer list.

Church family, we are excited and looking forward to what God will do with this day! Be praying about who you can bring with you, and get to work on inviting “your one” to “Stronger Together Sunday” on September 20.

P.S. All invited guests in attendance will receive a free digital e-book, “Why Jesus.”

“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”

Ecclesiastes 4:12

Stronger Together Sunday 2020 reminds us that all of us together – individuals, families and friends, no matter our economic situation, the geography of our home or the color of our skin – make God’s church stronger. Together, we can thrive in uncertainty, stay hopeful in a world of doubt and flourish as one.
