Rillito Racetrack Park

4502 N 1st Ave

Tucson, AZ 85718

As part of Celebration Sunday honoring Northminster’s 73rd Anniversary and our commitment to serving the Tucson community in Jesus’ name, Pastor Andy is sharing a special message at the Tucson Celtic Festival’s Kirkin’ o’ the Tartan service and you’re invited!

Festival entrance fees are waived this day for our Northminster Church family who sign up in advance to attend. That’s a $21 savings for adults!! (You will need to check in when you arrive and you are asked to wear your nametag.)

A "Kirkin’ o’ the Tartan" is a Scottish tradition where tartans, the distinctive plaid patterns of Scottish clans, are blessed during a church service. Participants often wear their family tartans, and the service includes prayers, hymns, and readings that celebrate Scottish culture. This event honors Scottish heritage and unites families and clans in a meaningful way.
