Christmas Music Sunday
Sunday, December 14

  • Christmas Bells8:00am Contemporary Service and 11:00am Kaleidoscope Service: The wonderful music of Christmas, presented by the Contemporary Praise Team and the Kaleidoscope musicians. Each of these services includes Christmas favorites as well as congregational singing.

  • 9:30am Traditional Service: Ralph Vaughan Williams' The First Nowell. Our Sanctuary Choir presents The First Nowell, with organ, strings and harp accompaniment. This lovely work for choir and soloists, composed and arranged by Ralph Vaughan Williams (1872-1958), is a composite of traditional carols which recount the Christmas story.

  • Sons of Orpheus Christmas Concert, 4:00pm, Northminster Sanctuary: The Sons sing a special THANK YOU Northminster Christmas concert, featuring Christmas music from their 18th annual standing-room only program at Mission San Xavier. They will present a mix of sacred and secular Christmas music, both traditional and some newer pieces. A freewill offering will be collected.
